6. What is a standard booth size?
The standard booth size can range from 100 square feet to 60,000 square feet. The maximum exhibit space sizes per company and division(s) are: 40,000 square feet indoor, 50,000 square feet outdoor or 60,000 square feet combined indoor/outdoor.
7. What is the smallest booth I can get?
The smallest booth size is 100 square feet for either indoor or outdoor.
8. Who is the official show contractor?
The general contractor is GES.
9. What is included with the exhibit space?
The below is a list of items included with your exhibit space.
- Spotting of exhibitor's machinery for the initial installation only as the equipment is delivered to the exhibitor's spaces (provided an exhibitor representative is present at placement)
- Removal and storage of empty crates during the show move-in and the return of the crates at the close of the show
- General cleaning of exhibit stands, including carpet cleaning, sweeping of outdoor exhibit floors and emptying wastebaskets and cleaning ashtrays (outdoors only)
- Pipe and drape for indoor standard inline exhibit stands
10. What additional costs are there?
There are additional costs for drayage, electrical, carpet, stand construction and any A/V requirements you may have. A complete list of vendors will be available in later in the show cycle.
11. Who is co-locating with CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011?
CONEXPO-CON/AGG is co-located with ICON EXPO, presented by the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) in conjunction with other affiliated industry groups and partners. Icon Expo is designed to serve the needs and interests of all producers, suppliers, designers, architects, specifiers and others involved in the concrete products industry.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG will also be co-located with IFPE, the leading international exposition and technical conference dedicated to the integration of fluid power with other technologies for power transmission and motion control applications.
12. How many attendees have you had in the past and how many are expected for 2011?
Attendance at CONEXPO-CON/AGG continues to grow with 111,000+ in 2002, 124,000+ in 2005, and 143,000+ in 2008. CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 expects to have 140,000+ global professionals.
13. What will show management do to attract attendees?
A multi-million dollar promotion and public relations campaign is in store for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 to attract the highest number of qualified attendees yet. This campaign will include:
